Dr. Nathan Turrell grew up in North Norwich, New York, where he developed a passion for horses and grew up showing Welsh ponies. He earned his bachelor's degree from Houghton College before pursuing a master’s and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Lincoln Memorial University College, graduating in 2026. During veterinary school, Nathan served as Vice President of the Student Chapter of the American Association of Equine Practitioners.

Nathan enjoys all aspects of equine medicine, with particular interests in sports medicine, lameness, and internal medicine. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking, reading, and cycling.
